A stunning traditional style residence of some 415m2 set over 3 floors and making the most of the sloping terrain and stunning views over the South Downs.
The house was a replacement for an existing older property on a challenging plot. This project overcame numerous challenges with some complex site engineering including piling & retaining walls and party wall issues as well as significant Green Belt planning issues and ecological issues including bats.
