Residential Extensions
Extension, remodelling and refurbishment of a 1960’s detached house in Woking, Surrey to add additional family accommodation at both ground and first floor level.
This project saw a typical compartmentalised older-style layout house with separate kitchen/dining/sitting room + 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom which we extended and remodelled to create a home with open-plan kitchen/family/dining area together with a separate sitting room, TV room/study and all-important utility. On the first floor we created a today of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
