Extension and refurbishment/makeover of a 1930’s style detached house in East Molesey.
This project involved the complete remodelling of this property. The tired and dated exterior (and interior) of this house was completely transformed into a crisp traditional finish which complements the updated interior.
Convoluted internal spaces were opened up to flow in a more logical fashion off a central feature stairwell as well as the creation of a large open plan kitchen/family/dining space. Accommodation on the first floor was re-organised to create 3 spacious bedrooms, a study and 3 bathrooms and in particular a contrived loft conversion was replaced with a fully functional new accommodation level comprising 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and services/storage areas.
