Heritage have been granted Planning Permission for significant two storey extensions and remodelling to a character Arts & Crafts house in West Byfleet. The house, which was originally built in the 1920’s, has been the subject of minor extensions in the past but required a complete refurbishment as well as extension and remodelling to suit modern family living requirements.
The house has been thoughtfully extended with sympathetic elevational treatment to the original dwelling.
The granted scheme will provide a large open-plan kitchen/family/dining area and separate sitting room together with utility & study all accessed off a grand entrance hall with vaulted galleried landing over.
At first floor level four bedrooms are to be created to include a master suite with a further two bedrooms & bathroom at second floor level.
Construction now under way and due for completion spring 2016.
