A message to all our clients re: Coronavirus/Covid-19
Like everyone else we are watching what is happening out there and looking to manage the situation as best we can. We want to let you know we have already put in place measures to protect our Clients, Business Partners and the Heritage Design Team.
Due to the nature of our work and the IT systems in place, Heritage are well placed to carry on as normal. Our team already have the ability to work from home and can access emails & data on our server via our VPN setup. We also have video-conferencing systems available as an alternative to face-to-face contact.
For the foreseeable future we will continue to arrange client meetings and site measures/surveys with the relevant precautions being taken of course.
Note: The design and permissions process typically takes around 5-6 months and up to 8-9 months in total to select a builder and get started on site so no need to delay your project.
Essentially, its business as usual…
