Heritage are looking for an additional Architectural Technician to join the practice.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction technology.
It is essential that you have strong AutoCAD 2D drawing skills and experience of Revit would be an advantage (a short AutoCAD demonstration will be required at interview stage)
Initiative and design flair as well as fluency in written and spoken English is essential with excellent communication skills and to be able to work as a team player as well as manage your own time effectively. Car driver essential and you should live within a short distance of our offices in West Byfleet.
